A graduate of Northwestern State University, John W. Royston holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. Prior to organizing his twenty four year old firm, Mr. Royston was an IRS Revenue Agent specializing in income tax audits, an instructor and renowned public speaker for annual taxation seminars. He is also a published author on income taxation with over 10,000 copies sold. He was CFO of a multimillion-dollar corporation, heading over twelve departments. He is currently an independent accountant and professional tax consultant; a member of the National Society of Enrolled Agents, and the Louisiana Society of Independent Accountants.
Tiffani has been working at J.W. Royston, EA & Associates, Inc. since 1997 as the office manager and executive assistant to the president. Her position consists of daily office operations such as accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Andrea Citty graduated from University of Louisiana in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration specializing in Accounting. She started working for JW Royston, EA & Associates, Inc. in March of 2011 and came to us with 7 years experience of oilfield manufacturing accounting working under multiple CPAs & CFOs.
She works on federal and state tax returns, payroll tax returns, & other special projects. She is proficient in working with accounting systems such as QuickBooks & Peachtree, completing tasks in Excel, cleaning up company books and performing strategic tax planning.

Lacey Smith joined J.W. Royston, EA & Associates, Inc. as a tax account. Activities include overseeing the accounting and financial activities of the company, its clients, and of the company and its clients. She works directly with clients in assisting them in tax planning, research, and tax compliance needs.
Lacey is a graduate from the University of Louisiana, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, Accounting. She is a member of the Louisiana Society of Independent Accountants, the Acadiana Phi Mu Sorority Alumnae Chapter, and the University of Louisiana Alumni Association.
Trevor A. Istre
IRS Representation Assistance
Trevor Istre joined J.W. Royston, EA & Associates, Inc. as a tax accountant in May of 2012. He works directly with clients assisting them with any and all of their tax compliance needs. These needs include but are not limited to income tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll and payroll tax returns, new business startups, etc. He also specializes in assisting our clients with representation against the IRS and works directly with John W. Royston in accomplishing our client’s needs.
Trevor is a graduate from the University of Louisiana, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, Accounting. He is a member of the University of Louisiana Alumni Association.
Marco attended the University of New Orleans until 2005 then the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Marco graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, and worked as a manager for four years. This is his first year as an Accountant at JW Royston EA & Associates, Inc.
Varun is a graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration Finance in 2008 and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, Accounting in 2014. He joined the John W. Royston, EA & Associates, Inc. team in July of 2014 with almost two years of experience at a public accounting firm. He also has prior experience in the healthcare and banking industries.
Gladys Marilu Gonzalez Santollo,
Gladys was born in Puerto Cabello and reared in Judibana, Venezuela. She graduated from Carabobo University at Carabobo State, Venezuela with a degree in Law; then, went on to attend and graduate from Santa Maria University at Valencia, Venezuela with a degree in Administrative Law. She practiced Administrative Law at the Port of Puerto Cabello and Ministry of Education. Since coming to and becoming a U.S. citizen, she has studied immigration law at the Florida Paralegal Institute and became a Certified Paralegal in Immigration Law. She worked as a Legal Assistant in Immigration law firms in Florida and Indiana. Gladys is fluent in Spanish and English. In 2012, she formed her own national Independent Immigration Consulting business, Judibana Services, Inc. where she serves as President. She became an Associate of JWRA, Inc. in 2012 and offers her immigration services to our family, friends and clients.
